The IDR Service is competitively priced based upon the memory size of the card. Pricing is NOT dependent upon the quantity of images recovered,* nor the style or brand of the digital media card.

However, you will not be charged until after we have analyzed your media card(s) to ensure recovery of the images. We also pay the shipping when you use the provided pre-paid UPS shipping label…You'll have to provide the packaging…or visit your local Participating IDR Service photo lab. They will be happy to assist you through the entire process, including the packaging.

Should zero (0) images be recovered, you will not be charged. We will reformat your removable digital media card - to ensure the integrity of the card.
